Return Request Procedure

To ensure greater clarity and speed in managing requests, we ask you to read our Return Policy, listed below, before starting the return request.

How to open a return request:

  1. Download the return request form

  1. Fill it out the form and send it to the following email address: resi@battistaccessori.it
  2. Once we receive the form we will handle your request.
  3. If the return complies with our company’s return policy,  a confirmation email will be sent to you containing:

    • The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned to your return
    • Instructions on how to shipping the product
  4. Once we receive the  form we will handle your request.
  5. If the return complies with our Company return policy,  a confirmation email will be sent to you containing:

    • The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned to your return
    • Instructions on how to shipping the product
  • Important Note:

The RMA number must always be clearly indicated on the shipping package to ensure correct management of returns.
Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Policy

In order to protect the customer  rights and ensure transparency in our business relationships, below you can check our Company Return Policy regarding goods purchased from Battista Accessori S.r.l.

Right of Withdrawal

·        The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 8 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

·         To exercise this right, a written notice must be sent to our Returns Service via email by filling out the return form, which can be downloaded from our website:

Returns Due to Customer Error

·         If the return is due to a customer error, a penalty equal to 15% of the value of the returned merchandise will be applied to cover management and replacement costs.

·         Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns Due to Defective Product or Company Error

·         If the return is due to a non-compliant product, a defective item, or a shipping error due to Battista Accessori S.r.l., no penalties will be applied.

·         In this case, shipping costs will be fully covered by Battista Accessori S.r.l., and the customer may choose between:

  • Product replacement
  • Refund of the amount paid
  •  Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 In case of penalty (15%), the amount will be automatically deducted from the refund.

 Exclusion  from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized products or items made according  to the customer specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper use by the customer
Timing and Communication
  • All return requests must be submitted within 8 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must reach our warehouse within 14 days of return approval.
  • All communication regarding returns must be sent only via email to: resi@battistaccessori.it
Return Procedure

1   1.     After completing and submitting  the return form, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed shipping instructions

       2.      The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the shipping package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

       3.      Returned goods must be:Intact and unused Complete with all components and original packaging (boxes, labels, manuals, accessories, etc.) 

        4.      Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise communicated by Battista Accessori S.r.l.
